Service Description

In this 3 month program, we’ll work together to identify challenges you’re facing and develop a plan to help you understand your habits, set and maintain goals and live your best nutrition lifestyle. We will start with a weekly routine for the first 4 sessions before shifting to biweekly for the remaining 4 upon request. What’s included: Initial 1 hour Consultation Unlimited custom meal plans 8-50 minute sessions Checkins between biweekly sessions
